HAVANA / VIñALES/ SANTA CLARA / ESCAMBARAY

Day 1      Beirut / HAVANA

Departure from Beirut and arrival to HAVANA airport, meet and greet by our representatives. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 2      HAVANA

Morning tour in a convertible classic american car through the city. We visit spots as Plaza de la Revolucion, Malecon, Cemetery Columbus, Tribuna Anti-Imperialista, view of the city from Morro Castle.  Visit the Old City and walk in Old Havana with the guide to visit the Museum of Rum and the different Plazas and streets. Optional Private dance lesson in the court yard of Hostal Florida. Return to the hotel by coco taxi. 

Day 3      HAVANA

Visit of the Museum of Fine Arts with a huge collection of Cuban art of the last 200 years. We then visit a series of present day artists in their private homes or workshops. We suggest starting with a visit to the photographer Roberto Salas, who was the private photographer of Fidel Castro in the early years of the Revolution. We can continue to visit artists like Fuster, Choco or others. Afternoon at leisure. Guide will provide you with ideas for dinner and life music this evening.

Day 4      HAVANA/ Viñales/ HAVANA

Full Day excursion to Viñales with visit of the cigar factory in Pinar del Rio, the house of a cigar farmer in Viñales. View the valley from Jasmines Village, visit and lunch in a local restaurant. Return to Havana and free evening.  

Day 5      HAVANA/ Santa Clara/ TRINIDAD

Drive to Santa Clara. In Santa Clara we visit of the mausoleum of Che Guevara. We continue to Cienfuegos. Visit of the historic center. Continue to Trinidad and overnight at the hacienda La Casona at walking distance of the city center. Free evening at leisure.

Day 6      TRINIDAD

In the morning visit of the historic center,  the Museum and Canchanchara bar. Further to see the Valley of the Ingenios. Afternoon drive to the beach to see the sunset at the Caribbean beach. In the evening, walk to the historic center to the PALADAR SOLANANDA to enjoy life music in the streets. 

Day 7      TRINIDAD/ ESCAMBARAY/ Trinidad

Excursion into the mountains of the Escambray, walk to the waterfalls and possibility to swim or admire the panorama.  Overnight in Trinidad.

Day 8      TRINIDAD/ VARADERO

Transfer to Varadero (4 hours). Overnight in a magnificent resort and time at leisure for beach stay activities.  

Day 9      VARADERO/ BEIRUT

Transfer to the airport on time for your connection flight to Beirut.
