YEREVAN / ZVARTNOTS / SELIM / SEVAN / HAGHPAT / GARNI

Day 1      Beirut / YEREVAN

Departure from Beirut and arrival at Zvartnots airport in YEREVAN. Meet and greet by our representatives. Transfer to your hotel in Yerevan.

Day 2  Yerevan city tour 

Breakfast at hotel. City tour of the most interesting places in the capital including Republic square, Mashtots Avenue, Matenadran Museum, the political centre-Baghramyan avenue, the Opera House, Abovyan street  and Cafesjian Center of Art. Overnight.

Day 3 Yerevan/Echmiadzin /Zvartnots/Khor Virap/Noravank 

Breakfast at hotel. We start the program by visiting St. Hripsimeh Cathedral and then proceed to Echmiadzin. Drive to Khor Virap, Noravank Monastery and Goris. Overnight .

Day 4  Goris - Tatev – Selim – Noraduz - Sevan 

Breakfast at hotel and then drive to Tatev for visit. We proceed to Selim Pass and Noraduz. Continue to Lake Sevan, which is the largest lake in the Caucasus. Overnight.

Day  5 Sevan- Dilijan -

Breakfast at hotel, excursion day to Dilijan. Overnight .

Day 6  Dilijan - Haghpat – Sanahin- Yerevan   

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Sanahin and continue to Haghpat- both are Unesco World Cultural Heritage Sites. From Haghpat, on top of one of the largest canyons in Armenia we can look across a large plateau and old villages. Here we can clearly see our today’s final sightseeing destination on the other side. In Sanahin, we can observe the typical Armenian rural homes and gardens with orchards along the way. Drive back to Yerevan and overnight. 

Day 7 Garni / Geghard / Yerevan

Today you will visit Garni Temple, an outstanding and unique example of Hellenistic culture in Armenia and we continue per hiking from the gorge to Havuts Tar monastery. Further we visit the Geghard monastery.

Drive back to Yerevan and visit a Brandy factory. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 8 Ashtarak- -Amberd-Yerevan

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Ashtarak town and visit the two beautiful churches of Karmravor and Tsiranavor. Then continue to Amberd Fortress for a visit. Proceed to the airport on time for flight to Beirut.
